Don’t Put Your Health in Jeopardy! A Corporate and Community Wellness Series

chiropractors in hatboroPart of the mission of Radiant Life Chiropractic is to educate our Hatboro, Horsham, Warminster, and Warrington communities about true health and wellness. This includes businesses and community organizations. We do not want to be a community suffering with neck pain, back pain or headaches. Nor do we want to be an overweight, deconditioned, and chronically sick community. Our goal is to help create one of the healthiest communities possible without the use of drugs or surgery. The word doctor comes from the Latin word, docco, which means “to teach,” so it makes sense that we should reach out to the community to provide people with knowledge that will help them improve their overall well-being. The most effective and fun way to do that is through our new Jeopardy-style corporate and community outreach program. Corporations and other businesses have even more to gain from a wellness series. Keeping employees healthy is vital to a company’s bottom line, and research has shown that companies that provide wellness resources to their employees have decreased absenteeism, increased worker productivity, and decreased health care costs.

How it Works: Playing Jeopardy with your Health

Our Jeopardy-style corporate and community wellness series contains a Wellness 101 introductory workshop followed by 3 additional talks: Moving Better, Eating Better and Thinking Better. When we present to local companies or groups like banks, insurance agencies, parent associations, etc., we divide the group into 2 teams. The Jeopardy board has 4 categories and questions are worth 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 points; for example, the Wellness 101 categories are Nutrition, Chiropractic, Posture & Mobility, and Health Facts. Let’s try a question! Here is Posture and Mobility for 1,000:

The Average American Can Maintain Proper Seated Posture for How Long?

  1. 20 minutes
  2. 40 minutes
  3. 1 hour
  4. 2 hours

How’d you do? You can post your answer in the comments wherever you saw this on social media or contact us for the answer. This style of presentation has created great energy and engagement for participants of all ages, and it is fun. However, it is also filled with lots of immediately implementable nuggets of information to improve your health. The best part of the program is that it is free and we even provide food!

In addition to these types of presentations, we also offer a Corporate Posture Program and corporate screenings (including nervous system assessments, muscle assessments, BMI, digital posture assessments, and functional movement assessments). Let us know if you are interested in getting some information to your HR director at your workplace or the leader of your community group. It is really a win-win-win situation. Employers and community leaders win because they get healthier, more productive employees or participants. Employees or participants win because they get healthier. We win because it helps us fulfill our mission to educate the community. Call us today at 215-259-5100 or email us at for more information!
